A 76-year-old lady got baptized on September 25, 2004 in a coast of Okinawa, Japan, by Kwon JohngHaeng, the PMM director of the Northern Asia-Pacific Division of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. The old grandmother named as “ShinJoy” has been guided by a Literature Evangelist for 15 years, and finally accepted Jesus Christ. On the Sabbath when she got baptized, she said, “Today is the most meaningful and happiest moment in my life. I want to live a new life from now.” The baptism is the first fruit in Yomitan Church where a PMM pastor Kim, Kwang Sung has been pasturing. The Yomitan Church was planted in April, 2004. It is very precious because the 1st PMM group’s dedication has been involved in this harvest. |
