The Okinawa Mission conducted a women leadership seminar at the Adventist Medical Center in Okinawa, Japan, April 23-24. More than 100 people participated in the seminar learning how to be a good leader.

Presentations were given by Mrs. Young-Ja L. Nam, women’s ministries director for the Northern Asia-Pacific Division, and Mrs. Nobuko Kitabayashi, director of women’s ministries department for the Japan Union Conference.

Participants were divided into groups for discussion on ‘Good Leader and Ideal Leader.’ They gave their word that they would dedicate their life as a disciple of Jesus using spiritual gifts granted to them by the Lord.
