A Sabbath School Training Seminar was held for Mongolian laity March 4 to 6, 2005 in Mongolia. 48 lay members attended the seminar which was conducted by Pastor Elbert Kuhn, Sabbath School Director of the Mongolia Mission Field. Three day theme was “How to develop spiritual, practical, enthusiastic and friendly Sabbath School programs.”

Pastor Kuhn said “I felt that all of them were eager to learn the knowledge to apply it to help their local churches to spread the Gospel throughout Mongolia. This year we will have many seminars for the laity. Our goal is to develop their spiritual gifts and skills to help the churches. God has a special plan for one of the coldest places on the earth. Please keep Mongolia in your prayers.”

At the end of the training seminar, a Sabbath School seminar certificate was given to the participants. They promised to work hard for Jesus and to do their best to share the good news in their places.
