Thirty-three selected leaders from CHUM, JUC, KUC and MMF arrived safely on to the campus of the university on March 4, with the last participant arriving in the early morning of March 5, 2012 at 4 am. However, each one of them is upbeat with the opportunity to learn and to renew acquaintances.

The entire preparation was made precisely by Dr Sally Lam-Phoon, together with her assistant Ms Esther Ke, working with coordinator,Ms Suwannee, the personnel assigned by the university to assist in the program.
The first leadership lectures were given by Dr David Ripley and Pastor Lynn Ripley, NSD Ministerial Secretary and Shepherdess InternationalCoordinator. The enthusiasm and camaraderie exhibited by the participants are spurring them on to absorb as much as they can in English and leadership to enable them to operate in a global setting now and in the future.
